(Regulations I.1) <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\"><span> <\/span>\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">           \n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18.0pt\">Duties of the Corporal:\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(1)        Acquire and\nRead Casey's Infantry Tactics Vol. #1 1862\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(2)        Knowledge\nof the duties of 2nd Sergeant (Casey's 32)\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(3)        The job of\ncolor-guard (Casey's 43)\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(4)        Practiced\nin the art of giving commands (Casey's 50-51)\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(5)        Knowledge\nof the school of the soldier (Casey's Vol. I, Title II) including firing with\nthe intent to be able to explain clearly to teach (Casey's 66, 68)\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(6)        Lead\nfatigue duties (Kautz Noncom 103, 342-346)\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(7)       \n“Corporal of the Guard” Duties.  Lead and instruct the\nprivates in the duty. (Kautz Noncom 326-338)\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(8)       \n“Corporal of the Police” Duties.  (Kautz Noncom 339-341) In\naddition, maintain camp authenticity standards as set forth by the unit.\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(9)        An example\nand role model to the soldiers\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(10)      Provide and wear the\nuniform of a Corporal as set forth by the unit<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(11)<span>      <\/span>Provide the uniform\nof a Private and be prepared to assume the role by the command of a higher rank\nNco\/officer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(12)      When in a "leadership" role, looks out for the health, safety, and well being of their charge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">\n<o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">\n<o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18.0pt\">Duties of the 2nd Sergeant:\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(1)        Knowledge of all Duties\nof the Corporal\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(2)        Familiarly\nwith Casey's Infantry tactics Vol. #1.  By Casey's 51 they should be able\nto recite.\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(3)        Knowledge\nof the duties of the 1st Sergeant (Casey's 32)\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(4)        File closer\nin battalion formation in order of battle (Kautz Noncom 368-372) weapon safety,\nopening ranks\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(5)        Left guide\nin Company formation (Casey's 26)\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(6)        The job of\nColor bearer (Casey's 43) (Kautz Noncom 418)\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(7)        Knowledge\nof the position "general guide" in battalion formation (Casey's 47,\n64)\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(8)        Knowledge\nof the drill for Skirmishers (Casey's Vol. 1, Title IV with the intent to be\nable to explain clearly to teach (Casey's 64)\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(9)        Knowledge\nof the School of the Company (Casey's Vol. 1, Title III) with the intent to be\nable to explain clearly to teach (Casey's 64)\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(10)      Duties of the\n“Sergeant of the Guard”.  Kautz Noncom 375-382)\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(11)      Provide and wear the\nUniform of the Sergeant as set forth by the unit.\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(12)      Lead larger fatigue\nduties (Kautz Noncom 397-399)<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(13)<span>      <\/span>Provide\nthe uniform of a Private and be prepared to assume the role by command of a\nhigher rank Nco\/officer. <span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">(14)<span>      <\/span>Looks\nout for the health,
